Most of our home decor items ship within 3-5 business days, while larger furniture pieces typically arrive within 7-14 business days via our white-glove delivery service.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, BEE ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Yes, sustainability is at the heart of BEE. All our wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber and finished with eco-friendly, non-toxic stains.

Can I track my order in real-time?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link and SMS updates to monitor its progress to your doorstep.

What payment methods do you accept?
