At BEE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. If your new decor or furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to help make the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original BEE packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit and include all original tags.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
